Resolution:
BCRN 2.7.0 and later:
In BCRN 2.7.0, there is a flag to "Enable Outbound Document Validation" in the Host Settings dialog, RosettaNet General subpanel of the configuration GUI.
Older versions of BCRN:
In older versions, beginning with BCRN 2.0.1, the server validates outgoing documents only against its corresponding XSD when the property "bcrn.validatedoc.outbound" is set to the value "true" in the file <bc_deployment_dir>\resource\RosettaNet.cfg. If this parameter is set to "false", no validation takes place on the outgoing RosettaNet document.
