Resolution:
Elements must be promoted to the same row as their immediate parent. (One row may have multiple lines.) An element cannot, for example, be promoted to the same row as a sibling.
Note: when a child element can appear more than once (i.e. is repeatable), only the first occurrence will be displayed when promoted.
