Resolution:
The TIBCO BusinessWorks Adapter Publisher activity cannot be configured to publish multiple schemas. Hence you cannot use Adapter Publisher activity to publish multiple schemas to a file adapter subscriber. The workaround is to have multiple Adapter Publisher activities (however using multiple publisher activities will not preserve order of messages among these publishers).
