Resolution:
Yes, You can set "-Dtibco.mb.forecedgc" in mbgui.bat/mbengine.bat. This will force gc whenever meesage is about to be received and right after meesage is sent.

Or for NT Service you can set Property:

java.property.tibco.mb.forcedgc=yes

to do the same thing as above .
