Resolution:
From this release jaxp.jar is embedded in crimson.jar. From the next release you will not see jaxp.jar reference anywhere in the .bat/.sh files.

Why is jaxp.jar missing in 4.1 installation? I can see it is referenced in all the .bat/.sh files.
