Resolution:
Each host computer must keep a license ticket file (called tibrv.tkt). For a small site, each ticket file should have a different key. If you have a large site, you can request to obtain a site-wide license to be used for your entire organization. A site license assigns a single license ticket for a very large site; each host checks its own ticket file, which contains a copy of the site ticket.
