Usually this information comes from in-house DB2 system administrator. You can advise your client to go to the DB2 master log and look for the literal ‘LOCATION’. Once found, they should see something as follow:

‘S390LOC’is what being named at TIBCO’s mainframe. You need to capture the value from your client-site and type it in the <db_name> field in the ini file.
This value is also used to configure DB2 Connect.
