Description
Resolution: This error message comes from the connection establishment layer in RTserver. In this case, it is a C library error (TCP) and is informing you that the failure to connect was the result of there being no RTserver process running at the address xx.xx.xx.xx at port yyyy that the RTserver process was attempting to connect to. Potentially this problem is benign; and, usually you will see the server-to-server connection established on a subsequent try by the connecting RTserver process tranversing a server_names list and finding an RTserver at a valid IP:Port address. The string "OCM" in the error SRV.OCM means "Output Connection Manager", a subsystem in RTserver.
