Resolution:
This error comes from the TIB/SDK layer. There are two ADB Subscriber scenarios that can generate this error:
1) If the subscriber is configured for MINSTANCE and the publisher sends an RVMSG or vice-versa. In this case the DATA FORMAT column value in ADB_SUBINFO table for this subscription does not match the format which is sent to the subscriber.
2) If you have an invalid value in the DATA FORMAT value in the ADB_SUBINFO. For example if you have "RVMSG "( extra spaces ) instead of "RVMSG" you will still get the same error.
