We are not aware of any memory issues in the 6.9 RVD.
However, an apparent memory leak in RVD is possible when different operating system features are enabled. We recently encountered a Windows defect that causes what appears to be an RV memory leak but only when security auditing is enabled. Microsoft has a hot fix for this:
