Where can I view/order product manuals?

Viewing manuals online:



Spotfire DXP Professional:

   1. Open the Spotfire DXP Professional Client and login to your Spotfire Analytics Server.
   2. Go to "Help" menu > "PDF Manuals". Click on this link and you will get a listing of all product manuals to view online.



Spotfire DecisionSite:

   1. Open the Spotfire DecisionSite Client and login to your Spotfire DecisionSite Analytics Server.
   2. For DecisionSite 8.1 or higher, go to "Help" menu > "PDF Manuals". Click on this link and you will get a listing of all product manuals to view online.
   3. For DecisionSite 8.0 or lower, go to the “Resources” section of the DecisionSite Navigator window, you will see a link for “Manuals”. Click on this link and you will get a listing of all product manuals to view online.


NOTE:  If you have a local DecisionSite Server (i.e. not home.spotfire.net) that has been customized, it is possible that you may not see the “Manuals” link.  Please contact your internal Spotfire administrator for more information.



Ordering printed versions of manuals:

Spotfire provides an online solution that enables you to order and ship prints of Spotfire manuals in a quick and simple manner. This offering is built using the FedEx Kinko's DocStore system. To access this service, go to http://docstore.kinkos.com/spotfire and use the following codes to access the site:



Username: spotfire

Password: baseball
