Resolution:
There have been eight HotFix Patches released to resolve specific 4.5.1 product issues that have been reported by customers. These hotfixes are not made generally available to all customers, and they are made available only on a case-by-case basis.
The attached text file (pb451-hotfix-patch-issues-addressed.txt) details what problems have been resolved by the most recent hotfix-patch. If you suspect that you are experiencing a problem that might be addressed by applying this HOTFIX, please open a new Support Request and request this patch (copy the first few lines of the attached text file in your request to identify the HF).
