Resolution:
The TIBCO RV-SmartSockets adapter 1.0.0 is incompatible with SmartSockets 6.5.0 .
Solution: Either roll back to SmartSockets 6.4r2, or upgrade to SS RTGateway 2.0 which contains the TIBX MSL that is compatable with SmartSockets 6.5.x
