Description

Resolution:
This error occurs when the Windows user who is launching the COM Agent does not have enough permissions. Please try the following:
-    Open the DCOM configuration for 'tdagent' application. (C:\System\WINNT\DCOMCNFG.exe)
-    Go to security tab
-    Edit Custom Access Permissions and add 'Everyone'.
-    Edit Custom Launch Permissions and add 'Everyone'.
