Please be aware that loading the XML SPY editing tool - http://www.altova.com on Windows
breaks IcWeb’s SVG process details viewing.
Here is an available workaround that should be tried on the system with XML SPY installed:
Replace the line below as follows in the \lcWeb\jsp\detailView\layoutContainer.jsp file:
<embed name="svgMap" width="100%" height="100%"
src="taskGraph.jsp?ie=.svg&TaskId=<%=taskId%>" type="image/svg+xml"
pluginspage="http://www.adobe.com/svg/viewer/install/">
