Resolution:
After uploading the EAR file to perform deployment you may see the following error:

Java.text.ParsedException:Unparseable date: "08/12/03 14:09"

This is due to the fact that there are two systems involved to create and then upload ear file that are configured to use different locale.

There is also a "known issue" documented in Administrator Release Notes: 1-1C4KGD (locale on Designer machine used to generate EAR must match locale on server machine where it is deployed).

As a workaround you can try changing your Regional Options to "English (United States)" in Windows' Control Panel to match the locale of your other system. On UNIX system you can check your 'locale'.
