Resolution:
When initially installing a GridServer Manager, any attempt to create the initial administrator user ID may cause a JDBC error and fail to create the user ID.
This error typically occurs when there is a space in the name of the installation directory, such as a directory in C:Program Files. The recommended location for Unix machines is /opt/datasynapse; the recommended location for Windows is c:datasynapse; if you don't use the recommended directory, you must use a directory without spaces in it to avoid this and other issues.
