Resolution:
Our latest RV release, TIBCO Rendezvous 7.2 is certified against Windows 2003 Server.  Also, as Windows 2003 is an evolution of Windows 2000, TIBCO Rendezvous 7.2 Windows 2000 distribution will run on Windows 2003.
