Description
Resolution: A Service is considered completed when the client (or Administration Tool) calls destroy and it is acknowledged by the Manager. If the client goes offline, it will be automatically destroyed after the Driver times out, which is defined by the ClientTimeoutMinutes property, in the Engines and Clients section of the Manager Configuration page. For SOAP clients, the service will be automatically cancelled if the client does not perform any action for the timeout period.
In the case of a shared Service, it is considered complete after a number of seconds defined by the SHARED_SERVICE_INACTIVITY_KEEP_ALIVE_TIME variable pass after all clients who have a reference to the Service have called destroy (reference count is at zero.)
