Resolution:
According to Microsoft you can deploy/run .NET applications on NT 4.0, if you have the following
* SP6a
* .NET Framework Redistributable Package
However, RV does not actually support .NET on NT 4.0.
Customers can try by copying the RV files "TIBCO.Rendezvous.dll" and "TIBCO.Rendezvous.netmodule" required by .NET, from a Windows 2000 machine.
While it may work, it is untested and unsupported.
