Description:
Symptoms
========
The adapter tester will not start when the project is opened via XML Canon.  It will throw error as below:
Caused by: com.tibco.objectrepo.OperationFailedException: Could not determine path for http://tibco:6080/ARC-HandsOn/ as
http://tibco:6080/ARC-HandsOn/:  java.io.IOException: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect .

Impact
======
Loss of functionality.

Workaround
==========
Open the Project via XML Canon using designer and save to a local multifile project and then run the tester.

Cause
=====
There was a defect in Designer Adapter Tester.

Resolution
==========
Fixed in the next release (5.1.3).
