Symptoms
=========
    SNMP traps sent by Hawk SNMP adapter for Hawk alerts are not displayed on some of the SNMP manager application.

Impact
======
     Hawk alets doed not show up in SNMP manager application if not configured properly

Workaround
===========
      Configure your SNMP manager application so that SNMPv1 trap can be processed properly.  If you are expecting the trap OID
in SNMPv2 format, some conversion is needed.

Cause
======
     Hawk SNMP adapter can be configured to send out Hawk alerts in SNMP trap format to other SNMP manager applications.  However the trap is sent in SNMPv1 format.   For the SNMP:SendHawkUserTrap method, you can specify SNMPv1 or v2 trap
to be sent out, but not the Hawk alert SNMP traps.

Resolution
=========
      Use the workaround described above.  The support of SNMPv2 format is being considered.
