Resolution:
The formation of the durable subscription name is closely related to the Client ID.  The durable subscription name that is created in TIBCO EMS has the following format:
&ltClient ID>:&ltDurable Subscription>

Note that this format is specific to TIBCO EMS. Other JMS providers may not prefix Client ID to the durable subscription name.

The Client ID is set in the 'JMS Connection' palette. If the Client ID is left blank, BW derives a name based on the 'JMS Connection' name and the 'BW project' name. This derived name is used as a Client ID.

This kind of naming convention i.e 'BW-&ltJMS Connection name in BW>-&ltBW Project Name>'  has one draw back. Some customers use a version number in their project name. So if the version changes, durable subscription name changes. This may cause a problem.

It is always best to explicitly set the Client ID in the 'JMS Connection' palette
