When we have a dynamic "Call Process" activity the called process has a "Wait for RV Message" activity (or any listener activity), the listener for this is never started on Engine startup.

Resolution:
This is a known issue.
This happens only in Deployed Engine mode. The same scenario works fine in Debug mode.
This issue will be addressed in BW 5.1.3 hotfix3.
Workaround -
Load process explicitly via Config.Primary.Partitions property in the deployed engine ".tra" file.
