Description
Resolution:
When a Driver resubmits a Service to another Broker (such as during failover), the Reporting database can show multiple entries for the same Service Session.
This is a known issue. The Broker ID will be different for each Service Session. These entries will show the total number of resumitted tasks when the Service completes. Any Tasks collected before the resubmission will be left out of the task counts.
