This memory leak is most apparent when the worker is executing the task transfers API. It is known to appear on Windows and is expected will happen on AIX but is unconfirmed at this time. This memory leak is actually caused by a problem in the DB 2 software. Applying the following patch "FixPak 7a" from http://www-306.ibm.com/software/data/db2/udb/support/downloadv8W32fp7a.html is mandatory for all TIBCO InConcert installations using DB 2 on windows.
