Resolution:
I also saw the same problem in my initial deployment, then I followed the following and the problem went away,
can you try the same ?
1. undeploy the project.
2. restart the machine.
3. deploy the project again and start it.
Or you can try the following.
1. Instead of giving the directory location as k:\test\test.txt give it something like
\\server2\mappeddrive\test\test.txt and it should work.
