Resolution:
Following are the alternative ways -
1.Create the role hierarchy in Tibco Administrator and use TIBCO Administrator to assign the LDAP users as members of these roles. You can refer the attached doc for details.
2. Use novell API's to create group hierarchies in Novell eDirectory.
Approach #1 is the simplest.
