Resolution:
In BWC, if you have error message in the BWC log saying that -
"Undefined status code -xxxx for DBMS facility",
that means something happened between BWC server and your database.
The "Undefined status code -xxxx" noramlly represents the error code returned from your database.
For example, if you get "Undefined status code -3114 for DBMS facility" in BWC server and your database is Oracle, the equavalent error in Oracle is "ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE".
If you are using other database, refer to the error code number based on code number you get from BWC server.
