LiveCache errors with McAffee Netshield

Resolution:
When using LiveCache on systems where McAffee Netshield is installed, there may be intermittent errors with Drivers unable to fetch task outputs, with no issues apparent within Manager logs.
If this happens, there may be files on the GridServer Manager in the webapps/livecluster/datastore directory that have been renamed with a *.vir file extension. Also, the logs within McAffee will show that it determined that temporary files within this directory may have contained a virus.
To remedy this situation, exclude the LiveCache storage directories on your primary and secondary Managers from Netshield's virus scan. This will prevent the virus scanner from renaming what it falsely concludes are harmful files, thereby interfering with GridServer's operation. The directory to exclude is webapps/livecluster/datastore (and all its children, recursively).
