Resolution:
If you want to recover your default Manager settings, you can force a reconfigure by removing the files containing your existing settings. This can be done by deleting the following files in webapps/livecluster/WEB-INF/config:
* broker.xml
* director.xml
* installation.properties
After removing the files, restart the Manager and complete the configuration process.
Alternatively, if you are not concerned about DB settings, primary/secondary setup, install directory and base directory, you can simply overwrite the broker.xml and director.xml with their corresponding .default files. This will set all other properties to their default but won't require a reconfigure.
Both methods require you to shut down the Manager, edit the files, and restart the Manager to take effect.
