Resolution:
The pin2xml tool is required for importing the opcodes and adapter configuration. Therefore make sure that
-the pin2xml.exe is present in the bin directory
-Check if the path for this file is referenced in the PATH variable
- <Infranet home>/lib should also be present in the PATH variable
