Resolution:
When installing a new server certificate, the BC DMZ must be rebuilt and redeployed after a new server certificate is installed in BC. This is because the server certificate is installed in the BC DMZ server, and the DMZ is not dynamically updated with the new certificate by BC. The new server certificate will be deployed the next time the DMZ server is deployed.
