Resolution:
If Engines won't log in, check the Engine details by selecting the Engine Details action on the Engine Admin Page; an Engine may have $DSMac$ for the GUID.

This occurs when installing Solaris Engines on systems with network aliases, which may cause the command in the engine.sh to fail. The incorrect GUID will prevent Engines from logging in.

To alleviate this situation, the engine.sh script needs to be modified to correctly find the MAC address and set the GUID to it.
