Resolution:
This happens only when IC_DATABASE_TRAN_MODE set to 1 and is caused by an incorrect setting of TWO_TASK. Correct the TWO_TASK setting or fix the entry in the Oracle file tnsnames.ora.
This error will also happen if sqlnet.ora contains the following: NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH = (LDAP,TNSNAMES). InConcert does not support LDAP for name resolution of the Oracle server. The LDAP entry will have to be removed.
