you can add the following parameters within "findtasks" portlet specification in file <bwc home>/bui/archive/WEB-INF/portlet.xml:

<name>Default.TaskPoolFilter</name>
<value>(your pool name)</value>
</init-param>

You need to recreate platform deployment, and redeploy the application.
