Resolution:
Under Microsoft Windows this error may be caused by an incorrect
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TIBCO Software Inc.\SmartSockets\X.X.X\DefaultPath" registry key value.
The value should be RTHOME\bin\i86_w32
