If my company has purchased a license for Web Based Training, how can it be accessed?
----------------------------------------RESOLUTION----------------------------------------
For end-user Web-Based Training, the main contact listed on the order must submit an authorization request with the end-user contact details to to Spotfire Customer Support to activate the Web-Based Training Support account. Once the account is active, the end-user can go through the steps below to access the training modules.
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. In the address bar enter http://support.spotfire.com
3. Click on 'My Account' then enter your Support login information
4. Click 'Login'
5. Then click on 'Web-Based Training'
6. You should see the various Web-Based-Training modules.
