Resolution:
Each RTView license is tied to the unique PIN number that is available under the “Registration” section after you have downloaded and installed the RTView software. Please provide us with the PIN and the TSN numbers in order for us to process your license request. TIBCO will then send you a form where you will be asked for your contact information and type of license (Temporary, Permanent etc.). After this you will be issued a KEY that can be used to complete the registration.
