Description:
TIBCO Adapter for R/3 5.3.0 HF 1 now supports SAP ECC 6.0 Unicode and Non-Unicode Systems. The Web Application Server (WAS) version 7.0, supported by ECC 6.0 Unicode and Non-Unicode are also supported by the adapter.

ECC 6.0 Unicode is supported with the adapter running on all supported Windows platforms and HP-UX 11i Itanium.

There are no changes to the installation or configuration of the adapter when using ECC 6.0. Please refer to the user documentation for adapter installation and configuration details.

Cause
=====

The Customer sample present at \TIBCO HOME Directory\adapter\adr3\5.2\examples\

BusinessWorks\Customer, for successful execution of Get_Customer Process, requires the

RFC RFC_CUSTOMER_GET to be present and available in the active state in the

backend SAP system to which the Adapter connects.

Prior to ECC 6.0, RFC RFC_CUSTOMER_GET was available with default SAP Installation

backend SAP system to which the Adapter connects.
