Some of _Administrator_xxxx files are deleted from /var/tmp or /tmp while TIBCO Administrator is still running. Undeployment or reversal (revert to a previous version) of an application fails with the following error message:

Restarting TIBCO Administrator should resolve this issue. These temporary files can safely deleted while TIBCO Administrator is done.
