Resolution:
We have customers who have used both BMC Patrol and our enterprise monitoring
product TIB/Hawk in their environment. The integration of the two was done
through our event service component and its data file that can be parsed by
BMC Patrol to extract pertinent alerts and other data for monitoring.
Customer could use the SNMP adapter or the console API. It should not be too
hard to build their own on top of the Console API, depending on what BMC can
do.
