Description
Resolution: The exception "TibrvException[error=27,message=Not permitted]" could be presented by the underlying TIBRV software if:-
1) There are incorrect permissions on the directory where the ledger file is stored 2) You are running out of disk space 3) More than one CM application is trying to access the ledger file 4) The wrong cmname was used.
It can happen during the following situations.
1) One is confirming a message which isn't certified. This can happen before the certified messaging agreement is in place. It can also happen if a reliable publisher publishes a message on a matching subject, and if the certified listener has been removed or disallowed by the certified publisher.
2) Another source of this error is an attempt to confirm a message more than once. This can occur because program logic allows a code path that executes the explicit confirm again. It will also happen if a callback executes an explicit confirm when the corresponding listener has not been set for explicit confirmation.
Check whether any of the above is true in your environment.
