Resolution:
One cannot install different versions of hawk standalone package on the same windows machine, but, one can install multiple tra versions on the same windows machine. For example, if you have tra 5.2 installed, and now you add on tra 5.3, the embedded hawk portion will be upgrade to the one bundled with 5.3, and it should still work since hawk is backward compatible.
