Description

Resolution:
Following is what TRA 5.4.x supports on Linux , there are two Linux installation files, please make sure you've installed the correct one.

TRA 5.4.0

Linux 2.4 kernel: 2.4.6 and up, glibc2.2.4 and up (x86)
TIB_tra-suite_5.4.0_linux24gl22_x86.tar

Linux kernel version at least 2.4.2, gcc at least 2.96, and glibc at least 2.2.2
TIB_tra-suite_5.4.0_linux24gl23_x86.tar

TRA 5.4.1

Linux 2.4 (x86):kernel: 2.4.x, glibc2.2.x
TIB_tra-suite_5.4.1_linux24gl22_x86.tar

Linux 2.4,2.6 (x86):kernel: 2.4.x or 2.6.x, glibc2.3.x
TIB_tra-suite_5.4.1_linux24gl23_x86.tar

TRA 5.4.2

Linux 2.4 (x86): kernel:2.4.x, glibc2.2.x
TIB_tra-suite_5.4.2_linux24gl22_x86.tar

Linux 2.4, 2.6 (x86): kernel:2.4.x or 2.6.x, glibc2.3.x
TIB_tra-suite_5.4.2_linux24gl23_x86.tar

As there are two Linux installation files, if you have glibc 2.3.x you should use the TIB_tra-suite_5.4.x_linux24gl23_x86.tar installer file not TIB_tra-suite_5.4.x_linux24gl22_x86.tar.

So you need to uninstall all the dependent products ( BW /ADMIN/Adapters) first and then uninstall TIB_tra-suite_5.4.x_linux24gl22_x86.tar and then install again TIB_tra-suite_5.4.0_linux24gl23_x86.tar and dependent products.
