Description
Resolution:
When process swutil USERINFO EXPORT / swutil USERINFO <importfile> as user swadmin it will fail (ex. swutil USERINFO EXPORT/import) with the following error message:
"The control file contains instructions which only the Superuser or Administrator can execute - update not performed"
There are no problems when running those commands as user swpro (same importfile).
SOLUTION:
1.)
add the swadmin account you use to the Administrators group of the system
or
2.)
Give swadmin permit access to the IPE database you use, assign the db_datareader role
