Description
Resolution: The "N/A" string can show up in this field if the user has the zero_recv_gmd_failure option set to TRUE. If the publisher publishes a GMD message on a subject to which no receivers (warm or otherwise) are subscribing then a GMD NAK will be generated and the process field will be populated with the "N/A" string. This can also be seen if the GMD failure is a Sender_Timeout failure.
