Description

Resolution:
Problem:
When specifying the SmartSockets transport in the transports.conf file the EMS server generates the following error:
file=transports.conf, line=X: transport is not supported on this platform.
       ERROR: Configuration error:
file=transports.conf, line=X: error in the transport description,  unable to proceed.

Solution:
There are two EMS 4.4 distributions for Windows. They are:
      TIB_ems-simple_4.4.0_win_x86.exe
      TIB_ems-simple_4.4.0_win32_x86_vc8.exe
Because SmartSockets 6.8.0 on Windows is built using VC8 you must use the tibemsd in the TIB_ems-simple_4.4.0_win32_x86_vc8.exe distribution if you are going to bridge to a SmartSockets 6.8 RTserver.
