Resolution:
MS Active Directory can return multiple hits for the same LDAP user, but XML Canon can only handle one definitive LDAP user. To resolve the issue, go to the XML Canon LDAP setup page and in the “User query” field add a query string for LDAP that selects only one entry per user.
