Tibco Adapter for Remedy v 5.2.0 now supports TRA 5.5.0, TRA 5.5.1, TRA 5.5.2, TRA 5.5.3, TRA 5.5.4, Admin 5.4 and TIBCO Businessworks 5.4.0 in addition to the currently supported TRA, Admin and BW versions listed in the product documentation. The only TRA and Admin features supported by the adapter are those included in the documentation for TIBCO Adapter for Remedy.
No adapter configuration changes are required to use TRA 5.5.0, TRA 5.5.1, TRA 5.5.2,TRA 5.5.3, TRA 5.5.4, Admin 5.4 and TIBCO Businessworks 5.4.0 with Tibco Adapter for Remedy v 5.2.0.
